No Refund / No Return Policy

1. All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. We do not entertain requests for refunds or returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Defective or Damaged Products: In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 60 days of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement or alternative solution at our discretion.

3. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or returns for purchases made due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product, as it is difficult to recover intellectual materials once they have been accessed.

4. Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compatibility with their classroom and to provide accurate information during the purchasing process.

5. Unauthorized Returns: Any returns made without prior authorization from our customer support team will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

6. Exceptions: In exceptional cases where a refund or return is granted, it will be subject to a restocking fee and/or deduction for any applicable shipping charges.
